My Background & Approach

I am an award-winning author, TED speaker, and leadership development consultant who has educated and inspired more than three million people globally.

I’ve worked on both sides of the desk as a Head of Culture, Chief Learning Officer, and Head of Leadership Development at GE and Deloitte, and as an international consultant. My experience helps me share content that is relevant, relatable, and realistic for audiences to leverage.

My keynotes are info-tainment, and my clients describe me as a friend onstage. My talks are grounded in research and rich with stories, examples, and practical tools for participants to leverage and apply that day.
